This week was short, yet action-packed! On Thursday Morning, Sam's mom came in to lead an activity with all of 4th grade about learning styles. We learned about visual, auditory and kinesthetic ways to learn. We performed different movement activities and sometimes our eyes were closed. Some people found they could still follow the directions auditorily, while others found that they enjoyed having their eyes open so they could watch and see how others performed.
Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time to set up the Commons and/or bring in food for this morning's Biography Breakfast. A great time was had by all - our reports will go home Monday afternoon in our blue folders along with your score sheet! Hopefully this weekend I will also be able to upload some videos/individual student photos from the day.
